Background & Experience
Philip Pendergrass grew up in the Atlanta area. He attended Providence Christian Academy in Lilburn, GA, where he was a pitcher on the varsity baseball team. He continued to pursue his love for baseball into college before an injury ended his playing career. In law school, he was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, Student Bar Association, Public Defender Clinic, and a student attorney in the Public Interest Practicum. During his summer breaks and part-time during his semesters, he worked as a law clerk with one of the country’s most well-known plaintiffs’ firm. He assisted the firm in representing clients from all across the country in litigation against some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers.
Philip has dedicated his practice solely to representing individuals who have suffered serious personal injuries due to the wrongful acts of others. He focuses his practice on dangerous drugs, defective medical products, auto and trucking accidents, premises liability cases, and serious personal injury claims. As an Atlanta personal injury lawyer with Schneider Hammers, Philip invests great care and attention to detail in his zealous pursuit to deliver justice and maximum compensation for his clients.
